Invitation letter

An official invitation letter will be sent by the IEEE IITC 2025 Secretariat upon request via email to registration@iitc2025.org.
This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants.
Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants.

You can request an invitation letter during the registration process using the below template, and invitations can only be issued to participants who have completed the registration process. The secretariat will send you an invitation after confirmation.

For Chinese participants, if you need a Korean Invitation Letter, please download the Korean Invitation Form and fill out your information in the highlighted parts and send the form to the secretariat at registration@iitc2025.org in Word format.
